Como acessar um projeto no RRC de outra rede ( da internet )

Ol Bom dia,

Gostaria de saber o que preciso fazer ( configurar ) para que um projeto criado no RRC fosse acessado por um stakeHolder localizado em uma regio diferente da minha ?
