Flex Builder 3 & RTC plugins inside the same eclipse ins

Has anyone successfully gotten the RTC eclipse client to install into an existing Flex Builder 3 install? How about the other way around? I've tried several different scenarios and haven't come up with a solution. Any help the community can provide would be greatly appreciated.
