Hey Sandip you can setup default dashboards in the process template of your project. This way all new dashboards will have the special setup you make. This process template can be reused for other projects. Hope that helps.

There are copy viewlet and copy tab functions that were introduce in RTC 2.0 (Foundation 1.0). You could copy each tab of your dashboard and paste it into a dashboard in the other project. You can find the copy option on the tab's dropdown menu and the paste button in the dashboard toolbar. Note that this will retain the scope of every viewlet on the dashboard, so if things are scoped to teams/project on the originating project you will have to update them accordingly. Also note that these functions use HTML5 features so they only work on newer browsers (FF 3+, IE8).

I tried this on current versions of the 3 main browsers (IE, FF, Chrome). In all three cases it says, "your browser does not support this feature".
