Jetty JazzServer launch configuration changes for M5

If you have Jetty JazzServer launch configurations you've been using
from Beta2 you will need to add these three plugins for M5:

com.ibm.team.repository.provision
com.ibm.team.repository.jndi
org.apache.naming

I've attached three sample launches for M5 to this wiki:
