Is it possible to add the project area to the email notification that is sent when a work item is created or modified?

Some of our users are in multiple project areas on several servers, and are having trouble identifying the project that sent the notice.

The email shows the work item id, summary, team area, category and status, but not the project area.

They would like to know the project area without having to click on the hypertext link to view the work item.

Is there a template or setting for the email notice that I could update to add the project area to the standard notices?
