Errors with new RTC Install on RHEL Server

Installing new

OS - RHEL Server 5.3 VMWare Guest
DB - DB2 9.5 WSE
WAS 6.1.0.23

Installed DB2, OK
Installed RTC with Derby and Tomcat. Was able to access the setup page
Used repotools to create the tables
Installed WAS 6.1.0.23. Have the new Update Inastaller, the New SDK, and the FP23
Using LDAP Groups in WAS. I can access WAS via LDAP authentication.

All looks good.

I got the log in page, I use my credentials that for the LDAP server. The log in works. And I get this error
"error fetching server status information"

Repository services are not available on the server. Provision the server to install the repository components or check the provision status for possible provisioning failures.


validated I can connect to DB2 from command line

I see this error message or siimilar in the SystemOut.log
0000002f SystemOut O 00:41:31,833 ERROR .ibm.team.jfs.app.discovery.utils.RootServicesUtil - While fetching the root services document from "https://192.168.123.110:9443/jazz/rootservices" a "404" HTTP status code was recieved
