Problem setting the owner of an Iteration Plan

Hi, I am using RTC 2.0.0.2.
When I try to assign as owner of an Iteration Plan a Team Area (not the
Project Area), I get following exception:

itemHandle must not be null

Any idea? I have other installations where the configuration seems
similar and I can.

Thanks in advance,

Chemi.

Any idea about what to check or where to look for more info?

Thanks.

Hi Chemi,

I have never seen this. You should open up a work item on it, so that
support can work with you to try to reproduce it (I don't see any work
items currently submitted on this problem).

Did you ever figure out what was causing this error? I am having this problem now. (still on 2.0.0.2 ifix5) and I did not have the problem previously. It only seems to be an issue on one project. I can set the project as the plan owner, but not the team.

Can you try comparing the permissions on the team/project level with the other working environments?

Thanks.

Permissions are the same as the main project where everything works. No changes at either the project level or team level.

I figured this out. The cause for us was the project timeline was set to an archived timeline. I reset the project timeline and then associated a category to the team and now everything works fine. It's that second step missing that caused the error, but the team list didn't show up until the project timeline had been properly set.
