Help needed in understanding DNG tags

I have a artifact in module in DNG, I can see some tags are already applied to the artifact. When I view the applied tags those tags appear in italic text (says shared when hovered on it). I can not remove those tags from artifacts.
I wanted to know what it means when tag appears italic (because same tag appears in normal text for other artifacts)

How can I remove these tags (italic) from artifact.

In IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS Next (DNG), there are base artifacts and base artifacts used in a module (Called a Module artifact). Italicized tags are  shared tags indicating a module-level tag rather than a base artifact tag . Tags applied locally in the module are shared across all instances of that artifact within that module, but they do not exist on the base artifact outside the module.

Why You Can't Remove It
Module Context: You are likely trying to edit the artifact while inside the module, where module-scoped (italic) tags are "read-only" regarding direct removal.
Bulk Edits: Attempting to edit tags across multiple artifacts simultaneously can also trigger known tool limitations.
How to Remove the Tags
Method 1: Remove the Tag from the Base Artifact (Recommended)
Because the tag was applied or attached to the module instance rather than the core artifact, you must manage it from the outside.
Navigate to your project's main Artifacts page (outside of the module).
Locate the specific artifact.
Click the artifact to open it or click the Actions Menu (icon with three dots) and select Select Tags.
Uncheck the tag or click Clear Selection and save.
Method 2: Check Your Permissions
If you cannot remove the tag using Method 1, you may lack the proper permissions. Shared tag deletion and modification often require a Project Lead or Administrator role.
