RM.Client.showArtifactPicker, how to use the 'ref' parameter?

Hi, in the API description of this function

https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RMExtensionsAPI703#ShowArtifactPicker <o:p> </o:p>


there is said that there is an optional parameter 'ref', with following documentation:

"If this parameter is provided, only the artifacts that are in the same project area as the given artifact are shown"

However there is no example provided of its usage. Does anyone know, how to use it successfully?

Although official documentation sometimes lacks concrete examples, developers often pass the artifact reference directly when invoking the picker so the interface automatically limits the selection to related artifacts in the same project area.
