CRJAZ1937E: Unable to Register Application with New JTS Existing Friend Entry Conflict

I have already unregistered the /ccm1 application from https://ibmserver:9444/jts1. Now I am attempting to register it with another JTS instance at https://ibmserver:9443/jts, but I am encountering the following error:

CRJAZ1937E: A JTS friend entry for https://ibmserver:9444/jts1/rootservices already exists. 
Is it possible to de register an application from one JTS and re register it with a different JTS instance running on the same host but a different port?
