Program Board: Enable Feature to display multiple child types
Hi Everyone,
I'm using:
- Jazz Team Server 7.0.2 SR1, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) templates
- Engineering Workflow Management
- Plans > Program Board
- Existing Program Board Settings
- Parent Work Item Type: Feature
- Child Work Item Type: Story
Problem: Unable to select more than one Child Work Item Type
Goal: Select multiple Child Work Item Type such as: Story, Defect, Help Desk Request
Request recommendation to fix problem.

My understanding of SAFe Program Boards is, that they show the relationships on program level. Those are typically something like Features and the features are broken down into Stories. Features do not have child elements such as defects etc. Stories have. So the breakdown from stories into Tasks etc. is done on other boards.

Mar 25 '25, 12:58 p.m.Understood this is how SAFe works. I was hoping for a workaround to enable non-standard child items like HDRs and defects to be mapped.
