REST API/Plain java API for getting custom attribute value for file as per selected baseline on File

Hello,


We have use case for getting custom attribute value for file for specific baselines.


Current scenario:
From REST API or plain java API, currently we are getting latest value of CUSTOM Attribute.

What we want: 
We want to have the CUSTOM attribute value by the related baseline. we want some REST API/or plain java API for the same.


We are using JAZZ server 7.0.3 version.


Kindly revert in case of any queries.
