But for the second step, I have to "Configure IBM Cloud Services". I have an IBM id, but it asking me for a cre dit card to log in, is it really necesary this? It sais: "We ask for cre dit card information to verify your identity". I think IBM already verify my identity with my IBM id, I do not understand this step.
Is there other way to test this?
