Hello looking at the prospect of a server rename for our Jazz ELM 7.0.2 iFix017 suite on Liberty profile.

Does the Server Rename Feature Key File incur an extra cost?

How to get the feature key?

Also can we upgrade from 7.0.2 iFix017 to 7.0.3 without the latest iFix in 7.0.2?

Server Rename costs nothing if it's your own instance - you're free to do it at will.

If you have an IBM hosted SaaS instance then it's almost certainly a costed activity as it has to be performed by the Cloud team and involves several groups to coordinate the changes
