Issue migrating from Websphere application server to Liberty

We are migrating the Traditional WebSphere Application server to Liberty of ELM 7.0.2 which is configured using the IHS server. We have installed the ELM 7.0.2 successfully with Liberty Apps, moved the teamserver.properties file and indices folders. Configured the LDAP and successfully login to Liberty admin console. Once the server service is started the application is up and running and the login screen coming up, but when we enter the credentials the screen returns to the same login screen. The issue occurs with or without the proxy server (IHS). Please let me know what could be causing the issue or we missed any configuration. 

FYI, this is a test server where all applications installed on single server.
