If you want suggestions, you want to provide details. Versions, how the script does what it does etc. See How should I ask a question in the Forum if I want to receive useful answers? for details.

E.g. if you use the scm command line this could apply: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/connecting-jazz-repository-results-crjaz0099e-http-error-occurred-when-url-was-being-accessed . There is a scm.ini file in the folder the SCM command line is installed.  You also might want to make sure to update the scm command lie, should it be used to the latest version.

There are other support pages that can be found.
