 I fetch this address to get the cange set uris in DNG for one stream:  /rm/cm/stream/{stream-uri}/changesets. Unfortenately I only get the non-delivered change sets.

How can I get also the delivered ones?

 AFAIK it's not possible to get details of delivered changesets through the APIs.

I just need the name of the delivered changesets. Is there a way to fetch them?
