An user get the below warning when they try to open the module in their Personal GC context.

From the message, it is unclear what it is all about and what needs to be done.

CRRRS08736W The system has detected that the current global configuration includes a discarded or delivered change set. Remove this change set to continue using this global configuration.
hide details
The global configuration that is your current configuration includes a change set for this component that has been discarded or delivered. The System will use the change set's parent stream.

The discarded change set will not affect the Global Configuration but you should remove it from the Global Configuration to stop this warning from appearing.

If you think the change set should be removed but cannot remove it yourself, contact the configuration lead.

It means that the personal global configuration the user has selected as their context configuration includes a contribution from a change set that was discarded or delivered. The user should open that personal GC in the GCM application and explicitly remove that change set from it.

Thanks David. Anyway to find the affected Chang set?

If it's delivered or discarded, I think it will show as an unavailable configuration under the personal GC in GCM.
