In RQM we can view Test Plans, Test Cases by click "View Test Plans", "View Test Cases" from the left sidebar.

Can I create my own view like that to view Product, Release etc ?
Product, Release are the categories of test plan,test case etc.

Sorry, we do not currently allow users to create their own views.
Can you customize the table view in Plans and Cases to show the data you want in a format that is useful for you? You can add/remove/rearrange the columns in the table view.
Another option might be to create a report that shows this data, but without truly understanding your use case I am not sure if that is adequate.

Currently I think report should be ok for us.

Hope RQM has this function in future.
