Report Design is not in beta2

Dac Lan Khanh Nguyen (41186) | asked Jan 21 '08, 4:33 p.m.
I looked at this page in wiki
https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/ReportsCreatingANewReport.
It says that "As of beta2, the Reports plug-ins and features are included with the main download, so no incubator installation is required" and "Open the Report Design perspective. Window > Open Perspective > Other. Select Report Design and select OK. (Select the "Show All" checkbox if Report Design does not appear in the list).".

But I didn't see neither the checkbox "Show All" neither the perspective "Report Design". I have Team Concert beta2a installed in my machine.

Do I have install BIRT 2.2.1 and DTP 1.5.1 with the beta2a of Team Concert in order to design a report ?

Hello,

When it says "Reports plug-ins and features", it really means the
plug-ins and features necessary to view and manage reports within Jazz,
not the BIRT report designer. For the latter, be sure you read the
Prerequisites section at the top of that document, where it says you
will require BIRT 2.2.1 and DTP 1.5.1, neither of which are included in
the Jazz client installation. You can download these from eclipse.org -
for a direct link, just follow the links in that document.

Hope this helps.
