There is no context provided and this looks like it is also involving DNG, where we do not have any Java API. This does not make any sense to me and No one will be able to answer this. You come up with a lot more information. I am tired of the back and forth to get minimal information for API questions.

This looks like a custom tool, so you should be able to use your source code to debug this.
