email defect?
A user was testing the Create Requirement and assigned it to me in Oct, and made it due Nov 6th. I started getting email about it near Nov 6th and put it in the resolve state. Now, everyday I get

Hello,
Open the corresponding work item and go to the "Approvals" tab.
In that view, you will see the "Verification" entry.
Approve or Reject that Approval entry for "Verification". You will then stop getting emails.
You were set up to verify a requirement and you'll get nagged until you do so.
