Is there any API available to check whether a locked artifact present in a module?

Good day,

Is there any API available to check that a locked artifact is present inside a module without updating that artifact?

or any API that gives information that this artifact is locked?

In this question there is an answer that you cannot use APIs to lock artifacts, but I thought there would be a way to check the lock status. https://jazz.net/forum/questions/180075/is-it-possible-to-lockunlock-requirements-via-the-rest-api-in-dng I tried the DNG Reportable REST API.  https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RRCReportableRestAPI There is no specific mention of locks. I locked an artifact in a module and then tried to show the artifacts in the module using a URL like this https://jazz.ibm.com:9443/rm/publish/resources?moduleURI=_u-za99ZuEeqdop9lJtj6Ag, but I couldn't see any sign of locking in the xml displayed. Perhaps this isn't possible yet?
