IBM Jazz API Turn off cache when query enum values

 Hello, 


I'm doing integration using APIs, but when I query all enum values, it doesn't bring the updated values, if someone adds a new enumeration value, it brings the old list skipping the new added values, how can I query the most updated values or turn off cache?

 There are many APIs and many product versions: which application, and what version, are you using?

It is version 6.0.5 for CCM work items enumerations
