Hi,

Can we have a report of RTC Workitems where to know what was previous value of attributes and changed value in rpe report?
Ex. Severioty value was High and i changed to low...While taking report i want to know from what value to which value it changed?

You should be able to get WorkItem history in RPE. Add a query workitem/workItem/itemHistory and you can get severity value from workitem/workItem/itemHistory/severity/
