Get Delivery Work items from a snapshot

In RTC, for a Delivery work item we can get its linked Baseline Url(SCM) or a snapshot URI when queried using OSLC as https://server1.com/ccm/resource/itemName/com.ibm.team.workitem.WorkItem/id. Likewise, if I have a snapshot URI as input( for eg: https://server1.com/ccm/resource/itemOid/com.ibm.team.scm.Baseline/_UUID), can I get the linked Delivery work items ? Is there any OSLC query/REST API available for doing this? Please suggest. Thanks.
