Hi,
Very frequently am observing that in in my VM's unable to connect to Jazz RTC
https://swgjazz.ibm.com:8013/jazz/web
I tried pinging the ip it sends and receives the data successfully at all times
Can some one help me

There could be many reasons on the connectivity issue. normally we would ask
-how do you resolve swgjazz.ibm.com in your client? adding a mapping to your host file(VM ip swgjazz.ibm.com) or using DNS
- whether port is correct
-whether context 'jazz' is correct
-whether you are able to access to jts instead of jazz
-whether jazz.log has any further info
