RTC create workitem template gives error

In RTC 6.0.6, creating work item template gives "Unexpected element 'template'" error upon clicking 'Finish' button.

Issue only for some projects. For some projects, template is created without any issues.

What template are you connecting to? Is it a default out-of-the-box template?
