like this format in table. I cannot pull the data based on this! can anyone help.

Sreenath, there is not information where these data are coming from. It looks like custom values but not sure from which application.

I didnt get you? Like message is coming from on e lifeline to other . So i am asking any way to extract the or filter based on message is incoming or outgoing

None of the values like Lifeline name, incoming/outgoing messages are part of standard products. This mean they are custom fields and we do not know where these fields are coming from, which domain/tool. Hence, you need to clarify in details where these fields are coming from, so someone can provide input if they can be extracted.
