when extracting document style report

 In Requirements management (RM), we are trying to generate a document style report ( Print module book). After selecting the options for creating a document style report, we pressed finished and it displays "Report Generation Complete". When we select close, an error page pops up with the following error: 

Error 404: Not Found 
Propagated exception; original message [NotFoundException: com.ibm.rdm.internal/_LFtnILZSEearAZndEyZaAw;rev=null;cs=null;uri=https://<our_URL>/rm/storage/com.ibm.rdm.internal/_LFtnILZSEearAZndEyZaAw] 

We have also noticed that an  .dsx and .doc files are generated at /tmp/rrc_reports each time we try to export the report. Additionally two .tmp files are generated at /tmp/rrc_reports/temp. 

What could be causing the 404 error and why are we not able to download these reports directly?
