customize email notifications

We have just started using RTC 3.0.1.1 for managing product enhancement requests. A few challenges are left. One of them is this:

We would like to customize the email notifications. E.g. 'Filed Against' doesn't apply for our system. We want to remove that field. Can we do that somehow?

Thanks,
Jos.

currently there is no support for email customization..

there is an enhancement currently marked for version 4 to provide this function..

This has not been released in any of the milestones, so have no idea how it functions. We are anxiously awaiting it as well.. I did a source code hack on 3.0.1 to get the minimum function we needed, but we need more..

Version 4, release candidate 0 (rc0) was released as beta this week which provides the email templating support by project.

I haven't found the complete list of workitem elements or event elements that can be used in the templates, and have asked for that info.
