Hi Team,


1. I want to open one custom pop up window when I click on  save the artifacts(Requirement).
2. Also I want call one java plugin in requirement on save action, Is it possible?
3. How to add plugin in RM Tool?

The customization's you are looking for are not possible with DNG.
Look at my answer somewhere down this question about what you can do for customization and add-on development:

I did one iteration code. I am able to update RM Artifacts using Eclipse.
When I am executing that code in eclipse that time its work fine.
But I want call that code in click of Save button in RM (Artifacts)

I have a hard time with understanding which part of "not possible" can be misinterpreted.

There is no SDK or other extension mechanism available in DNG unfortunately. So what you ask for can not be done. 

Feel free to create an enhancement request.
