Connection errors

There are numerous errors being reported in the logs of the form:

The service is behind a firewall but there are no errors being reported here all there are no restrictions on traffic from the user's proxy service. The user is ultimately allowed to connect (after a slight delay) but only after the above error is reported in the log.

These look like problems with Proxy server settings.
In IBM Installation Manager you need to define the Proxy server address and port number.
File> Preferences> Internet> HTTP Proxy

Hi all, same thing on my end,
I've opened the following issue to the RQM team:

this doesn't happen with our RTc instance that is exposed in the same proxy.
