Updating RTC client 2.0

I have set up a 2.0.0.1 server and imported the data from a 2.0 server. The zip file includes an eclipse client as well fro 2.0.0.1 but I wondered if I can take my eclipse client from 2.0 and use the softwre updates to upgade to 2.0.0.1. I have tried this and none of the RTC components were shown for upgrading - just subversion plugins that I had installed.

Is this a really dumb question or does no one really know 'cos it seems an obvious question to ask. Having to reinstall all of the plugins after every upgrade does seem a pain. Or one has several eclipses on the machine.
