 Hi i am new to the RTC and i need to associate the following Teams(Filed Against) to the CDSID's (Owned By) for a  Action work item.


TEAMS - OWNER
ABC    -  amit@someemail.com
XYZ    -   amit@someemail.com

Any Suggestions how to do it ?

There is nothing OOTB. Use dashboards and queries to show incoming work with no owner, then assign owner accordingly.
