Associate Filed Against to Owned by For Action WI

TEAMS - OWNER
ABC - amit@someemail.com
XYZ - amit@someemail.com
Any Suggestions how to do it ?

FORUM ADMINISTRATOR / FORUM MODERATOR / JAZZ DEVELOPER There is nothing OOTB. Use dashboards and queries to show incoming work with no owner, then assign owner accordingly.
