Failed to link applications

Hi,

We are installing CLM in a distributed topology. One of the server contains JTS, QM, RM and Second server contains CCM, JRS, DCC and Third server contains DM (RSADM).

Applications are registered but in the step "Finalise Lifecycle Project Administration Setup" we are getting error "Failed to check the application links".

We have referred the technote http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21650234 but issue still persists.

Any Solution?
