Build error - The folder zOSsrc does not have an associated data set definition

I am running zOS dependency build and i am getting error as 'The folder zOSsrc does not have an associated data set definition. No files contained in this folder will be built.' However my zSOsrc folder is already associated with data set definition for cobol with option - the destination folder is a z Folder selected.Please suggest.
