JRS - Enumeration in a custom WI type

Georg Kellner (840481109) | asked Apr 25 '18, 4:47 a.m.

Hi fellows,

we've created two custom workitem types in RTC.
At least in one of the we have a enumeration list.
It's working well in RTC.

If we run a JRS report based on the LQE datawarehouse, we only get a link like
https://server.com/ccm/oslc/enumerations/_h36ZUgJqEeiuVLn1fvjtoQ/net.siemens.workitem.workItemType.hazard.hazardGradeOfAEnumeration1%09/net.siemens.workitem.workItemType.hazard.hazardGradeOfAEnumeration1%09.literal.l2

Environment is RTC, JRS, LQE 6.0.3

Any hints?

greetings georg.

In addition to the Workitems TRS feed, you also need to have LQE index the Process TRS feed  (and probably others like the 'Users' feed). Do you have all of those configured?

Here's a link to the documentation that describes the different TRS feeds available: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSYMRC_6.0.4/com.ibm.team.jp.lqe2.doc/topics/t_lqe_add_trs_feeds.html

We've confuigured 4 RTC TRS sources:
Process Resources
Recourses
SCM Link Resources
SCM Resources

All are working well without errors/skipped entries.
