BIRT report to show the releases which the user is working on?

Hi All,

We have customized QC reports such a way that it will display no releases the user is working on as shown below.

XE-3.8,XE-3.9 and XE-3.7.1 are the releases under the a user name which will display all the workitems when clicked on it.

Do we have similar feature in RTC(Planning)?
