Getting Artifact Links and Multi-Select Enum Attribute value from DNG through OSLC on Global Config Enabled project

     If anyone has tried Getting Artifact Links and Multi-Select Enum Attribute value from DNG through OSLC on Global Config Enabled project , could you please assist on how we went about doing it ?.. i have used the api before on non-Global config enabled project and didnt face any issue, but non gc-enabled project,  the same code doesn't work.  Im using CLM 603.  Just fyi that i am aware adding  projectURI and oslc.context parms to the  query string ..   i got the artifact basic info,   but no link information such  as "satisfied by" , "implemented by" etc are returned. any help is appreciated.
