 Since it is unclear what you attempt and why - see the linked  How should I ask a question in the Forum if I want to receive useful answers?  it is unlikely someone can help. Even if you where more specific, I would not be optimistic.

Yes I'm looking for an API solution, nevertheless till now I wasn't able to find anything useful. I have loadrule UUID from build definition but now I need to find if file is in that load rule. Since there is no much information according loadrules is hard to guess how to play with it.
