Is it possible to login to RTC SCM Toolkit simultaneously using two different account?

I have two application that required to access RTC via SCM toolkit

The first application is used to get the change set of the same source for comparison(This is run by a 3rd party tool) (one of the user is always logged in RTC using the command lscm login -r "https://localhost/ccm/" -c -u <useid>)

The second application is used to checkin the source to the stream. SCM Toolkit doesn't allow another user to login as this throws that another user has already logged in.

Even if I use a point the to a different SCM path located in the same machine, once a user is logged in to RTC via SCM toolkit, irrespective of the SCM source path it allows only one user to be active

Is there any workaround?
