Configure When RTC Sends Emails
Is there a way to configure when RTC should and should not send e-mails? Perhaps on a workflow status basis, a per-user basis, or other basis?
I scoured the RTC settings but couldn't locate a way to configure the conditions under which e-mails are sent by RTC.
My colleagues are inundated with emails already and they're not excited at the prospect of lots more emails from RTC.

If you don't want so many email notifications, you can always turn them off in your user profile.
