Configure When RTC Sends Emails
![]() Is there a way to configure when RTC should and should not send e-mails? Perhaps on a workflow status basis, a per-user basis, or other basis?
I scoured the RTC settings but couldn't locate a way to configure the conditions under which e-mails are sent by RTC.
My colleagues are inundated with emails already and they're not excited at the prospect of lots more emails from RTC.

![]() If you don't want so many email notifications, you can always turn them off in your user profile.
