Are there RTC custom-attributes for an external web URL and web-pages' content?

1- Is there an RTC attribute in which we can include a URL and add some details or description so that when we hover over that URL, those details are displayed.

2- Is there an RTC  attribute in which we can add a web-page's content  like an IFrame?

There are HTML and Wiki type attributes where you can add links.
You can not show an external web page in any of these attributes as far as I can say. You can only open t in a browser.
