Unable to create a product enhancment request.
Hello support,
I don't know if I am in the right place.
I used to have access to create enhancement request using this URL.
https://cm-rtc-ccm.usca.ibm.com:9443/ccm/web/projects/ECM%20Product%20Enhancement%20Requests#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.newWorkItem
Here's the error.

CRJAZ2612E dukelam1@us.ibm.com is not a user in the repository. Check the spelling and capitalization of the user ID. The user might need to be imported into the repository.
This is a security issue. Please advise.
