Team Member Load Bars do not sum up to Plan Detail Load Bars

We are on Rational CLM 6.0.3 and have recently noticed that the sum of the load bars in a sprint plan for each team member do not equal the total load as displayed in the Plan Details. 

Our current sprint ends in 15 days.  The Plan Details Load Bar, it shows 313 Hours Available.  We have 8 people allocated to the plan.  When we add up the available hours from the Load bars on each team member, it totals 896 hours.

Can you please explain what may account for such a difference.
