Extract Attached Documents directly from RTC database

 HI


We are using RTC 6.0.2, 
Is there a way to extract the attached documents on the work item directly from the RTC database, we have an Oracle SQL database.

Any and all assistance is greatly appreciated.

I am not aware of how to do that. In general you should use the application anyway. The application provides an API that you could use. E.g. see https://rsjazz.wordpress.com/2012/09/21/downloading-attachments-from-work-items/
