How do you Update Reporting Version of Test Case Name linked to a Requirement after a Test Case name is changed?

I've noticed a slightly odd and irritating issue whereby where I have Test Cases in RQM Linked to Requirements in DOORS NG, that if I change the name of the Test Case visually in the Validated By column the name changes, if I am to do an Export to .csv from the view the Validated By Column still shows the original Test Case Name.

The only way I seem to be able to fix this is to remove the link and then remake it.

This doesn't seem very efficient or correct operation?
