Creating a child/parent workitem using OSLC and java

Hi ,

I want to create a child workitem using the URI available in services.xml. I want to create the workitem from java code with the help of OSLC and URI. The workitem should map to a parent workitem or how can i make the workitem as parent workitem from java code with OSLC.I am using RTC 6.0.2
