RTC: Menus in Internet Explorer disappear after one second
HI fellows,
I've just seen a strange phenomenon at a users workstations. He logs into RTC and everything seems to be fine. When he clicks on a menu like "Work Items" or "Plans" the menu expands for around one second and disappears. It is not possible to click on "Create Defect" or something like this. Has anyone seen this behavior and knows the solution? greetings georg. |

Forgotten to mention the versions.
IE 11
RTC 5.0.2
if possible restore the IE settings to default. Better yet try Firefox if possible to establish its browser related or Environment related.
